- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

You can request a return within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we may not be able to process your return request.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 24–48 hours
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong items received
- Size or variant issues (if applicable)
- Defective or damaged products

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
- Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer
