1. Return Eligibility

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 3–5 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we may not be able to process your return request.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong items received
  • Size or variant issues (if applicable)
  • Defective or damaged products

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer
